What is the China Specialists
Alliance (CSA)?
The China Specialists Alliance is NOT a social network like
Xing or Linkedin, it is intended to create more business
opportunities for participating members. The CSA is established and managed by Mr. Brian Su, CEO & President
of Artisan Business Group. The formation of a global
network of collaboration and closer partnership among independent
China business consulting firms, specialists and other service
providers will strengthen members' ability, capacity and
effectiveness to deliver better services and increase their
profitability in greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong,
Taiwan, and Macau) and global markets.
What have motivated Mr. Brian
Su to initiate and form the China Specialists Alliance?
A business tour of
nine Chinese cities made Mr. Brian Su rethink and evaluate his past
approach and practice in greater China market.
He realizes that smaller consulting firms have limited
resources and staffing for
large and complex projects and unlikely deliver efficient
services in different geographical regions. By forming a
closer partnership with others, every participating firm
would have better access to various connections and markets,
and gain
more profitable business opportunities. Mr. Su is willing to work with other
China consulting firms by making his extensive connections,
experiences, and his China staff available around the clock.
